Guidelines used

This website has been updated to follow recommendations adopted by the World Wide Web Consortium - W3C promoted through the Web Accessibility Initiative (Web Accessibility Initiative - WAI), to facilitate the use of Internet to as many users as possible.

Among the features used include:

  • This site is displayed almost identical form in Internet Explorer 7 or higher, Mozilla Firefox, to be designed with Cascading Style Sheets CSS-compliant 1.0.
  • This site is displayed properly at resolutions of 1024x780 and above.
  • System is available to help you through the webmaster@iproma.com email for general inquiries related to the site and to specific questions on accessibility.
  • Logical navigation is available throughout the portal through tabs.
  • In all images, buttons, graphics and multimedia objects are equivalent text provided that information regarding their contents.
  • All information transmitted through images of the colors is completely understandable without color. 
  • Color combinations of text and background have sufficient contrast to be perceived by users with impairments in the perception of color or monochrome screens. 
  • Each and every one of the pages have the same level of accessibility to the cover. All specifications meet the CSS, XHTML 2.0 and AA level TAW.
  • On every page there is a shortcut route to help the user to recognize in that section is within the Web at any time.
  • All have their tables used as guidance for the content they contain.
  • As for scripts, applets, flash animations and other dynamic objects, all pages are still as operational when such objects is not supported.
  • Each form is a default value that helps the user to identify the type of information to be inserted.
  • The portal has been developed optimizing the size of icons and images for users with slow connections have no problem in accessing information.

Text size

The Web has been conducted by an accessible design guidelines, which can take advantage of the feature that most browsers have to change the text size that best suits your needs.

Here is a list with all major browsers and how you can alter this size:

Mozilla Firefox To change the text size in Mozilla Firefox must go to menu: View > Size > Increase / Decrease.

Internet Explorer To change the text size in Internet Explorer should go to menu: View > Size Text > Large / Very Large...
