Quality Policy

Statement quality policy direction

The Quality objectives of the company are set annually in the Review of Quality and Environmental System (PG-33) and are based on:

  1. Ensure continuous improvement of the management system.
  2. Understand and analyze customer needs and adapt to serve the company. Offering an unbeatable care and treatment in customer service, passing on trust.
  3. Provide adequate technical resources to carry out inspections and tests offered with optimum precision and accuracy and awareness of developments in technology in analytical instrumentation.
  4. Have sufficient human resources necessary for the development of the service.
  5. Promote internal and external training staff to get qualified personnel in the services provided.
  6. Promote Research and Development in the analysis of new chemicals and application development of new analytical techniques that provide advantages over traditional methods of analysis.
  7. Uphold professional ethics and good professional practices and prevent unfair competition in sectors that affect the activity of the company.
  8. Not accepting jobs for which the company is not technically qualified personnel and.
  9. Working with the largest number of certified suppliers.
  10. Provide the necessary means and resources to perform adequate quality control testing internally and externally.
  11. Expand market share and improve profitability.

The Directorate of IPROMA agree to comply with the Quality Policy, Environment and Prevention established to monitor compliance with the provisions described in the Manual of Quality, Environment and Prevention, provide the means to achieve the set goals, monitor the evolution of Quality and Environmental System of the company and make sure it is understood by all members of the company.

IPROMA Manager stated that the Quality Policy of the Directorate of the company agrees to obtain the continuous improvement of the management system and maintain an excellent quality of its tests, inspections and services and meet the requirements of the UNE- EN-ISO 9001/00, UNE-EN-ISO 17025, UNE-EN-ISO 17020, EI-ENAC-CGA and CGA-ENAC-LEC, in all aspects involved in the activities of those concerned, and that the person in charge of this Quality Policy is the Manager of the company itself.

The Manager delegates its responsibility for quality management in the Director of Quality, which is responsible for maintaining, testing and continuous updating of all sections referred to in the Manual of Quality, Environment and Prevention.

The Directorate is committed to all personnel involved in the testing and inspection work are familiar with documentation on the Quality and Environment and implement policies and procedures in their work.
