Declaration of the prevention policy direction
The Directorate of IPROMA considers safety and health of its workers as one of its main interests, comparable to the quality management and environment.
The objectives of the Policy on Prevention of occupational risks of the company are based on:
- Ensure the maintenance of safety and health of workers.
- Comply with current legislation on the prevention of occupational hazards.
- Avoid or minimize the risk of accidents or occupational diseases.
- Try to adapt the work to the individual.
- Consider the evolution of technology.
- Replace the dangerous by involving little or no danger.
- Give priority to collective protection over individual protection.
- Provide training and information on preventive matters both in relation to the job of every employee as general concepts.
- Involve all employees in all matters concerning the prevention of occupational hazards.
- As regards the psychological aspects and ergonomic, management is committed to ensuring the maintenance of good human relations, establishing a psychosocial climate and appropriate. Possible decline in physical and mental fatigue, increasing their level of satisfaction and performance.
