2. Content of the IPROMA.com website:

The IPROMA website offers its visitors information and flexible tools for communicating with IPROMA. Without prejudice to the diligence in the preparation and design of the website’s content, inaccuracies or errors may appear.

3. Conditions of access to the IPROMA.com website:

Access to the IPROMA.com website is free and does not require prior registration. However, displaying certain services requires, as a mandatory condition, the completion, in full, of the corresponding forms by the user, as well as the acceptance of the conditions of use established on the site for each user, especially that set out in Section 7.

The user accepts, expressly and unreservedly, that access and use of the website shall be made under the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user.

4. Ownership rights of the IPROMA.com website:

IPROMA is the owner and/or licensee of all information contained in this website, as well as its graphic design, images, databases, indexes, source codes, marks and trademarks, in accordance with the protection offered by Intellectual Property Law and the Law on Trademarks. Its availability and use shall not mean, under any circumstance, the transfer of ownership or concession of a right of use to the user, so that any reproduction, copying, distribution or commercialisation, in whole or in part, shall require the prior authorisation in writing of IPROMA.

5. Information and publicity on the IPROMA.com website:

The inclusion on the IPROMA.com website of products that may be commercialised is exclusively for the purpose of information and publication.

6. Links:

The inclusion in the IPROMA.com website of links to other websites, is for information purposes only, and does not imply that IPROMA recommends and/or makes any guarantee with regard to such websites, over which it exercises no control whatsoever, nor is it responsible for the content of same.

The creation by third parties of links to the website www.grupogimeno.com must be in accordance with the following regulations: (1) a link must not be made to any false, imprecise or incorrect statements, which may mislead the reader, or which are against the law, immoral or against standards of good practice. (2) there must be no links to pages or sub-pages other than to the Home Page of IPROMA (3) there must be no use, in conjunction with the URL, of brand or trademarks which are property of IPROMA (4) links must not be established with websites that contain statements or propaganda which is racist, xenophobic, pornographic, supportive of terrorism, or which violates Human Rights.

7. Protection of Personal Data:

In accordance with that established under Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, IPROMA states that, the data provided by the user, by means of different forms incorporated into the website of IPROMA.com, shall be handled in files which are the property of IPROMA, and who, for all possible legal purposes, shall be responsible for same.

IPROMA states that the collection of personal data shall be carried out for the following purposes: (i) to manage and process each of the services requested by the user (ii) for commercial and publicity purposes, both with respect to the company IPROMA and companies of the Group, regarding products, services, offers, promotions and any other type of publicity activity, and, (iii) to carry out surveys, gather statistics and conduct market analysis. The user may exercise its rights of access, amendment, cancellation and opposition of their personal data, in accordance with the terms established under the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data, by communicating, in writing, to the address: IPROMA, Cno.de la Raya nº 46 – C.P.: 12005 – Castellón Aptdo. 8106 – C.P.: 12080 – Castellón.

In accordance with that established under the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data, the user expressly authorises IPROMA to distribute its information to other companies of the same Corporate Group and all other entities and suppliers with whom IPROMA reaches commercial agreements, in order that they may use said information exclusively for carrying out contracted services.

In accordance with that established under the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data, IPROMA informs the user that in the event of providing personal data to third parties, IPROMA shall inform said third party of the content of the data provided, its source, the existence and purpose of the file in which the data is contained, and the possibility that the user may exercise its rights of access, amendment, cancellation and opposition as well as corporate information on IPROMA.

The user states, under its own responsibility, to having read this section in full, and is aware of and accepts that established herein, expressly and fully, from the moment that data are sent, by means of the forms included on the IPROMA.com website. In the event that the user does not agree with that set out in this section, then they should refrain from sending said data. In this case we would appreciate the user re-reading the information set out herein before sending any of the aforesaid forms.

8. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction:

These terms shall be governed by Spanish law. IPROMA and the user, expressly renounce any other jurisdiction to which they may have recourse, and submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the domicile of the user for any discrepancies or actions that may arise from the provision of the website, services and content of same, as well as with regard to the interpretation, application, fulfilment or non-fulfilment of that established herein. In the event that the domicile of the user should be outside Spain, IPROMA and the user shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Madrid, with the express waiver of any other jurisdiction to which they may have recourse.
