The activities of IPROMA focus on the following fields:
- Environment: analysis of water (natural water, wastewater, etc..), analysis of soil and solid waste, air analysis, analysis of sediments and biota, sampling and advice.
- Industrial hygiene: an analysis of industrial hygiene samples, advice and supply of material for sampling.
- Food: an analysis of food, surfaces and utensils, implementation of HACCP and prerequisite courses for food handlers.
